Whether you’re a hobbyist or a pro, let us showcase your best photography!

We are looking for fresh photos taken within the area for use on the Bishop Castle website, on our social media pages, and in our photo gallery.

The photo submissions should to be in .JPG,  or .PNG format. We prefer photos that are 300dpi, but can work with lower resolution. We ask that you upload your photos at their original image resolution and file size (under 3mb). Please do not digitally enhance or alter your photographs beyond the basics needed to achieve realistic color balance. Sorry, we can not display or use photos with watermarks or logos added to the original image (please let us know if you would like a credit line included with photo).

For use as a backdrop on the Bishop Castle website, photos need to be at least 1500×500 pixels. Larger un-cropped photos have a better chance working with the layout of the website.

By signing below, I allow Bishop Castle to reprint and/or reuse the photo(s), which I have submitted herewith, in various media formats for an unlimited amount of uses over an unlimited time period. Use of the photograph(s) is granted at no charge to Bishop Castle. Bishop Castle has sole discretion to crop, edit or otherwise enhance the images.

I certify that the images submitted are my original work and if copyrighted that I am the sole copyright owner. Copyright of the images remain the property of the photographer. I also attest to have consent of anyone clearly depicted in images submitted, and agree to provide proof of consent upon request.

By my signature, I attest that I am at least 18 years of age and I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bishop Castle from and against all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs that may arise from or related to any infringement on any intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party.
